Kadir in Police Stn., GJ angles for Selvi, Manaivi

Kadir's friend Tennarasu sweet-talks the two woman cops and is realease from police custody without any harm. It also helps that the girl and boy who were lost have been located. They are brought to the Police Station and the girl succumbs to her father's emotions and turns away from her lover -- in an unusual move for a Tamil soap character, slips off her thali and hands it to the guy she eloped with.

Selvi
When GJ learns of his sister's perfidy (yesterday), he gets so pissed off that he wants to get even by keeping themarriage date the same, but marrying Selvi instead of Maya. He sends his sidekick, Govind, off to tell his in-laws that something needs to be done to prevent him from marrying Maya. Govind will also be talking to Selvi. Meanwhile, the army guy (Ranjini's husband) and Ranjini's younger brother both meet Selvi to tell her some method must be found to foil the marriage to Maya, if only for the two children. Selvi is moved by their plight -- nudged toward marriage.

Manaivi

In Charukesh's home, Neelaveni and Charukesh are going to escape that night, but their three captors know of their plans.

Velu threatens Ramani that if he doesn't call Krishnaveni off, he will do a serious of terrible things. When Ramani tells Krishnaveni and others about it, they urge her to call her friend the AC (who beat up Velu in the last episode). When she does, he says to give a complaint to the local police station. When Ramani goes there, who should be the SI at the local police station but Nanda Kumar! He gets all the details, then assumes his quizzical look.
