ANANDAM           7th june         
Shyam comes to Shanthi to arrange for the marriage. Shanthi says how could this be done without Ahirami. Shyam says  he is convinced she will return. AC Dorai comes to the Commissioner and reports his findings. Chief says promoter should be arrested for his part in Abhiraami's disappearance. Dorai suggests that should be done a little later to watch Abhirami's next move. RK Rajeshwari and Shanthi come to Laxman's  house to ask his permission to start the wedding preparations as Shyam is ready. Laxman and Uma are happy.Shyam goes to Ramya and Gautam's house to tell them he has agreed to the wedding because Laxman  has to witness the marriage. Gautam's mother objects to the proposal as Abhirami's presence is essential as she is a very important person in Shyam's life. Gautam tells his mother  are you scared of Abhirami . Shyam sayshe intuitively feels his sister will be there for his marriage. Astrologer is called by RK to fix the date. He gives 25th and one more date later. RK wants if another date before 25th is possible. The astrologer says 19th is suitable but the wedding should be over early morning. AC Dorai is looking into the file of offenders. A constable enters bringing his lunch. He is asked to leave the lunch baket and leave. While doing it he glances at the file and finds Divya's picture and details in the page. He promptly informs Kanduvaddi that Encounter Dorai is opening that file. Kanduvaddi is upset by this news.

MALARGAL      episode 164    
Kadirvelu's uncle rejects the proposal as  it is one in which they will incur a loss of a lot of money. Mallika's father says he knew of their enmity  with Gounder family and still he came because Mallika his daughter left their house because she felt the treatment meted to her husband  was bad. He has no job and she wants to live in her own house. This gentleman has promised a job for his sonin law. This personal interest  made him come to them. Kadir says money is not everything he will give the coconut contract to his friend. Kadir's uncle later blames him entering into losing business just to vent his anger against Gounder. Kadir becomes angry at his uncle. He understands he is interested in making him financially strong but has he ever thought how he was denied the opportunity to go any where near his mother. He had never touched her. That loss is killing him. Gounder made  his mother mad making him a child who lost the most precious thing in the world. Uncle says he had never  realised it had caused the deep wound. He now understands what is to be done. He would find a good girl for him he should get married and have kids and have everything worth in this life. Kadir says he would remain single like his uncle. Uncle says that those times were different kadir has wealth position youth he should not remain single and feel late in life that there is no one for him. He begs Kadir he has never asked him for anything anytime. Now he wants him to get married. Saying this he breaks down. Kadir who loves his uncle is touched. He hugs his uncle and says he is willing to marry. Uncle is elated asks to specify the type of girl he likes. Kadir says  he knows what is best for him. Uncle calls the marriage broker to find the most beautiful and good bride for his dear nephew. Karpagam's mother calls her land asks for ten thousand rupees as the creditor is harassing her father. Karpagam asks her husband for this help for her mother. Mutthy who has no liking for the boorish father in law refuses. Karpagam says she had never asked for anything so he must help them out this time.

KOLANGAL        
Abhi prepares and brings the food and ask everyone to come and have food. Mother gets up and refuses to eat. Arti also refuses. Abhi calls Anu and Mano they come and sit down soon Anu gets up and walks away. Mano goes and calls her saying it is wrong on her part to do like that. Abhi comes as Anu says she feels insulted because his mother and Arti walked away. Abhi says Anandi and herself  were there  does that means nothing to her. She tells. Anu her mother is angry with her. This anger will g o only with time and her behavior in this house. If you cannot put up with this insult what about the insult her mother feels. She brought them up doting on this boy who would come up in life and be a support to her .He is taken away by you without her consent. It leaves a deep wound. Knowing the enemity between her and. Aditya if she ventured into in this love affair. Did she ever think about all this. They both are selfish people not thinking about the consequence. She had better be patient and put up with grace and win her mother over. She asks. Anu to come and have her food. Thols and. Abhi were leaving for work and. Usha comes in an autorickshaw  she walks in refusing to acknowledge. Abhi. Anandi and Thols welcome. Where is the Maharani Anu she asks. As  Anu comes out sheasks how is her new life she has opted making all the loved who doted on her in tears. Has she thought about how Aditya is  feeling cheated  she has not realised their love. She turns to Abhi and says she is the one to be blamed for conducting this marriage. She could have stopped this. She has done this to ruin her husband. Thols intervenes and says the same. Abhi did everything for her marriage to Aditya when everything was against her. Usha asks him why he did not warn him at the hospital. Thols says when the engagement ceremony was being arranged he thought Anu's consent was there and he did not want to give unnecessary information. Usha storms out Kanchana unable to sleep cries all the time. Aditya in the company of the minsiter and Rekha pouring out drinks he brainwashes Aditya that Abhi had all this planned to ruin him.

SELVI             
Ratnam is chasing Puja. Puja hides in the dicky of a stationary car. Ratnam leaves. Andavan and Kathan are waiting for Dilipan. Kathan is upset that the great Andavan is kept waiting by this Dilipan. Dilipan comes with friend and gets all the documents signed. Andavan didnot have his reading glasses and Dilipan 's confident approach made him a trusted person. Outside Dilipan's friend cautions Dilipan to be wary of Andavan as they had made him documents which were not to his advantage. They get into the car and leave Selvi calls Dilipan and informs seeing Puja being dragged by an unknown man. Selvi asks him to come to the hotel. Selvi tells him. Puja is in trouble. The friend says they should go to the police as Dilipan and Selvi were hurrying to do this meet GJ coming wheeling his suit case and coming towards them. In his typical cynical way he asks is he not an unwanted person for them to meet. Selvi informs Puja is in difficultly and they were going to the police. GJ slights them. Puja eloped with a drug dealer leaving a letter and they are telling him a tall story. Selvi gives it back to him it is Amar's plan. GJ says strange things are happening. Selvi says he had done strange things marrying her planned to kill somebody and later asked her to act as the wife of Dilipan. Dilipan asks her to stop sayingsuch things to GJ GJ says his divorce with Tamarai iis through. He is left in the lurch. Puja gets out of the dicky and starts running when a van stops when she was falling down. The man in the van happens to be Tamilian who understood she was in difficulty. When asked she just repeated she wants to go home. He assures she is with good people.

PENN
Deepa insists on seeing Uma. Muthukumar says, so you won't leave, ok. Then he grabs the file from her. Next thing Uma shows up with the file, tosses it at Deepa and says, how dare you come to my house? Why didn't Ranganayaki come herself. Tell her I'm not about to sign this. If she so wants my signature, let her come and get it herself. Deepa is visibly shaken, but struggles to retain her composure. She picks up the file from the floor and walks out of the house without another word. At Ranga's office, Kala and Badri are waiting withRanga for Deepa to come back. Badri predicts that Uma would not have signed. Ranga is irritated by his pessimism. Deepa enters. Instead of telling the truth she spares Ranga by cooking up a story about how hospitable Uma was, hence the delay, but in the end, she says I'm confident if you go she'll sign. Then she leaves. Everyone gets the message.
At Uma's place, Mohini tells Uma a story about how Chitra is responsible for this whole thing, and how it was Bharani who insisted she have an abortion. Her son Vijay argues against Mohini, but Muthukumar sides with her. Finally Uma says, I know what is to be done.
