KOLANGAL
Ganga takes Tols on a long car ride. She won't tell him where, except that it is a meeting with someone (a VIP) for his benefit.At the hotel, she says he should go in and meet the VIP. It turns out to be Adi. Meanwhile, Bhaskar is hanging around at the hotel and spots Tols. Adi tells Tols Abhi is using him. He, on the other hand, wants to raise him up. What amount of money would he like to set up an independent business, or jointly with Adi? Adi says his quarrel is with Abhi, not Tols. Tols turns him down, saying he is a money-minded machine who cannot understand Tols' thinking. Adi is insulted. Tols walks out. Meanwhile, Bhaskar has called Abhi and Rajamani to the same hotel, and they are just in time to see Tols and Adi walk out of the restaurant.
Anandi stands her ground when Abhi spots her tenderly caring for Karthik. She says just as Abhi cares for Bhaskar, she feels obliged to care for karthik.

SELVI
GJ is still playing games with Amar's mind. Says deny you were even in Chennai, say you were in Pondy. After all, with a cell phone, they can't find out (they can, actually, but who's  thinking?) Nagendra, the SI calls Amar. Tells him he needs to see him immediately.
Tamarai and GJ talking. Tamarai wants to know what she should do abt. oil company. GJ hems and haws.
Ceylon Mani is sick. Seeing things blurred. Puja comes in and asks what happened. She says everything is fine. Did you go to the doctor. Lies that all was well.( I think they are getting set to write her out of the script.)
Selvi hires a call taxi from the same company and gets some other driver. She casually brings up James' name in the conversation. The driver says he doesn't want to talk about James. he has built a mansion upon doing all nefarious things. Only the owner supports him and keeps him employed, he says.
Last scene: Karthan gives his captors the slip, shows a sudden capacity to move like a Kenyan sprinter, and runs towards the sea. Did he jump? Find out tomorrow.

PENN
Jamuna is in the hospital, looking after Revathy. Sivadhanu and Mrs. Vaikunt come to see her. Mother is grieved at what her son has done. Revathy is fast asleep. Jamuna tells the mother about her parents. Mother says let her wash away her son's sins to some extent by looking after Revathy, while Jamuna goes and gets Anjali and takes care of her parent's funeral, so that they are not cremated as unidentified bodies (why this should be so is unclear. After all, they died in their home, and everyone knows who they are). After Jamuna leaves, Manohar and Ravindran come along. Manohar says he has doped the food Sivadhanu is bringing for his mother. She will be asleep for 8 hours, during which they can do whatever they want. (A quick observation here. These are unique ladies hostels and hospitals, where there is not a single soul in the corridors.). They enter, and Revathy wakes up. They say they are friends of Anjali. She addresses them as Anna. Ravindran administers an injection. She falls asleep again. They carry her out.
